The Willowdale neighborhood is currently undergoing a significant transformation, with numerous upcoming projects, including the redevelopment of Bayview Village shopping center into a mixed-use master-planned community. Dormer Homes envisioned a modern building with a generous gross floor area of approximately 250,000 square feet. As of June 2022, the project had received approval from the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) for a midrise building. However, there was a proposal for a high-rise structure. This development was finally sold under development, making a dynamic addition to Toronto’s evolving skyline.
